In 2018, investment company Egeria acquired a majority stake in Trust. With this investment the company embarked on a new course. Starting with a new management team. Recently a new Customer Supply Chain (CSC) Director has been hired within the Supply Chain team. The new CSC Director is determined to build on the business in line with the set goals, operational strategies and policies; customer engagement and collaboration, different ways to markets and distribution strategies. In this ambitious CSC team there is currently a vacancy for a new to be hired Amazon Operations Manager At Trust, we continue to build an exciting, fast-paced work environment. We are looking for an individual to become part of an enthusiastic and ambitious team. You will be responsible for one of the most important and strategic accounts within Trust. Amazon Operations Manager (fulltime)   In the role of Amazon Operations Manager, you will be reporting directly into the CSC Director and you will be responsible for setting up the joint value collaboration with Amazon. You will be accountable for setting up the necessary Supply Chain processes to support this joint value collaboration, such as CPFR, Event planning, Direct Import, etc. You will be responsible for setting clear KPIs and tracking the progress towards these KPIs. You will support the Ecommerce Manager in achievement of revenue and profit target and will provide the monthly and quarterly outlook. As a senior member of the CSC team, you will also be expected to support, coach and motivate the other team members to achieve the aligned executional goals and financial and operational KPIs.

Your contribution:  •    Determine, document and implement a joint value collaboration process with Amazon, including CPFR, Event planning, reservations, etc •    Coordinate and manage country forecast, demand review, and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) meetings according to agreed process.  •    Work with the Ecommerce manager, the account managers and the CSC Director to develop and improve KPIs (RepOOS, vendor leadtime, confirmation rate, cost, revenue growth) to meet the CSC targets •    On a continuous basis work with the logistics team and indirectly the Freight Forwarder to streamline and improve the delivery process towards Amazon, with the goal to minimize/avoid any kind of chargeback. •    Establish a (bi) weekly collaboration with your customers, with the focus on maintaining the right level of inventory to support the DCS (Direct Customer Sales) and SO (Sell Out) of Trust •    Operationally responsible for making sure that the goods are delivered to Amazon in a timely and efficient manner.  •    Proactively work with Amazon team in achieving their goals by providing analytical and operational support to have the right products at the right place at the right time •    Clearly define Supply Chain ambitions and risks/opportunities to achieve these ambitions •    Act as the primary local supply chain liaison and first escalation for supply chain, trade compliance, and order related issues.  •    Build and facilitate a collaborative environment where information is shared consistently and effectively with internal and external business partners and stakeholders. •    Cultivate an environment that encourages maximum productivity and service effectiveness, personal growth and development, open communications and teamwork with local and remote team members and external partners. •    Support the account managers and countries through quantitative analysis of different internal and external data sources (Point of Sale, channel inventory data, sales orders, service levels). •    Develop an extensive contact network within Amazon and align the Trust counterpart to build a true strategic partnership •    Design a scalable and automated process on processes related to order scheduling, event management, customer in stocks, etc, and continuously look for ways to improve customer service and predictability Your Skills / profile: •    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field •    5-10 years’ experience in supply chain and logistics management preferably in the consumer electronics industry •    Analytical mindset, able to analyse large amounts of data and make clear recommendations based on these numbers.   •    Continuously look for ways on how to drive efficiencies, automation and improvements in your day to day job.
